In order to use this free community moving van you must complete the following 10 items:

1. Fill out application completely (click for application)

2. You must be 21 years of age or older

3. We need a copy of your current, valid driver's license

4. We need a copy of your current and valid car insurance card

5. We need a working phone number

6. A check for $100 that will be held but returned to you when the van is returned ON TIME and with a FULL TANK OF UNLEADED GASOLINE

7. Non-profit use only

8. After checking the calendar below, click here to email your requested dates

9. 2 day limit without prior approval

10. Reservations must be made one week in advance and no more than 30 days out (NO EXCEPTIONS)
